Women’s quality is shown in decision-making in all spheres of social life – in family, community, business, politics, and society – for positive and sustainable humanity. Almost in our company, the woman’s role is always appreciated and is not limited to any job.
From the pre-processing requires labor-intensive workers at each factory or jobs that require a lot of pressure like trading, there is no lack of beauty. Women always complete their assigned tasks and pioneer movement activities. Every year, our company always maintains activities for the workers on the occasion of Vietnamese Women’s Day 20/10 such as giving gifts, organizing the cooking competition, arranging flowers,…Besides, our company also interested in spending 1 day off for women in the menstrual cycle and the maternity leave. During pregnancy, women workers are supported to change jobs more mildly, not under pressure to affect their privacy. To get these things, the directorate is always understood, share difficulties with women, and listen to their wishes.
