Professional qualifications:

• Engineer of Aquatic Products Technology, Nha Trang University, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam. 

Experience:

• Joined the company in 2010 as quality control staff (QC)
• From 2009 to now, he worked at various  positions such as QC leader, vice general operations department, manager R&D department, Vice of Production Manager of desiccated coconut workshop. With a background of knowledge and experience during his time at the company, in 2015, he has held the position of Production Manager, Thanh Vinh I factory, in charge of operating the company's production workshops according to assigned tasks and plans, ensuring on schedule and quality product.
• Besides, he has received intensive training programs on quality management systems such as: IFS ver 7.1, BRC 08, ISO22000, HACCP, GMP, SSOP.
