My job

Becoming a member of the company one year ago, at first I was quite surprised cause task of this job that requires a lot of thoroughness from the inspection, cleaning of tools, equipment, production conditions to the selection stage. Selection and preliminary processing of coconut materials must follow the strict control process of the company to ensure the best quality products. That valuable time helped me train basic elements and skills to be able to follow the profession until now.

Motivation

My work is not dry, rigid and hard because I always get the attention and the good remuneration policy. Especially at the company, I and all employees here are very excited because the Board of Directors always creates the best conditions, as well as always listen employees ideas to improve working conditions and life. All these things helped me to improve myself, do my job well and stay with the company for a long time.

My job

After 3 years working at Luong Quoi Coconut Processing Co., Ltd, with role as quality control staff, I got many opportunities to learn, expand my mind and improve my skills. 

At this position, I performed the task of checking input materials before conveyor into production line, a job that requires careful and high responsibility. From this work, I gained many valuable experiences to enhance the knowledge and experiment what I learned at school in past time.

Besides opportunities, the company gives me inspiration to effort every day. From the director of the company who has a great passion for coconut trees, the wise leadership of his brothers and sisters who go ahead with enthusiasm and talent, always ready to support, share, as well as very dedicated work instructions. And it is impossible not to mention the spirit of ownership in his work. The main job must be responsible for each task, even the smallest gives me the motivation to always strive to complete a good job.
