- Through the process of effort and striving, he has gained the trust of the Board of Directors and held many important positions such as production shift leader, Deputy manager of Thanh Vinh I factory.
- And up to now, he has been assigned the task of Head of the preliminary processing workshop, managing the workshop from receiving raw materials to preliminary processing. Ensure productivity, quality and efficiency of the workshop.
