
Chad Huemme is Chief Operations Officer of LQC Inc. a subsidiary of Luong Quoi Coconut Co., Ltd. He is responsible for the strategic execution of LQC, Inc. operating plan in the Americas marketplace. Responsibilities include sales, marketing, distribution/logistics, Ecomm, HR, IT, and strategic partnership relationships. LQC, Inc. delivers products to the many segments of the food and beverage, general merchandise, convenience, health and beauty retail sectors as well as food distributors, and food manufacturing industries across North America. Under Chad's management, LQC Inc. has grown from an early stage startup subsidiary to an established operating entity generating profitable returns. Chad has helped the company double revenue year over year as well establish profitability in the early stage of LQC, Inc. development.
Chad also operates his own boutique strategic advisory consulting practice OutsourceLogic Partners, LLC where his practice focuses on strategic and tactical business development, sales/marketing strategies, operations/logistics strategies, IT software applications/solutions, and customer focused HR organizational solutions across multiple industries and verticals.
Before joining LQC Inc., Chad was Managing Director of IEC (International Entrepreneurship Center). IEC Partners specialized in advising international and US based companies with growth strategies utilizing an internal developed framework- Entrepreneurship 2 Business (E2B). IEC Partners provided growth strategies, education programs, and growth capital. IEC Partners also developed a program for international market acceleration (IMAP) focusing on assisting international based companies with entry into US markets. It provides a low cost, low risk approach to growth for companies that are ready to reach outside their domestic markets.
Prior to IEC Partners Chad has experience as a seasoned executive with a unique blend of public, private, entrepreneurial/start up and nonprofit company experience. His industry experience has covered nuclear and clean energy, high technology, consumer goods manufacturing/supply chain as well as digital marketing, social media, and ecommerce. He has led the growth of venture backed and self-funded startups and served as board member, managing director, CEO, COO, and other executive leadership positions in divisions of +$10B global public companies responsible for P&L’s ranging from $1M to +$250M. He has founded 3 successful startups, developed fund raising strategies, advised numerous global and US domestic startups, developed go to market strategies, led corporate turnarounds, managed diverse teams that included global multi-site operations, delivered new product market introductions in high technology products and services as well as consumer goods. Chad has championed data driven progressive organizational cultures structured to meet the evolution of challenging industry and market conditions. He continually researches the intersection of technology and business capabilities for new ways of working that are instrumental in transformational leadership and high-performance business operations.
He also is an adjunct professor at Suffolk University, Boston, MA in the Strategy and International Business (SIB) department. He has been teaching courses in economic cluster theory, international strategy, corporate strategy, and business/economic globalization for 12+ years at the undergraduate, graduate, and executive education program level. Chad has also completed course lectures at the International Entrepreneurship Center (IEC Partners, Inc.) in Newton, MA as well as adjunct professor engagements at Mount Ida College (sold to UMass) and Lasell University teaching operations and supply chain management and marketing, Ecomm and social media strategies. He has also judged US startup and international entrepreneurship competitions and has been a guest lecturer for travel seminars sponsored by the Waterford Technology Institute executive program.
Chad’s educational background includes: MBA graduate of Northeastern University concentrating in finance; BS Mechanical Engineering Technology, Southland University; BA Business, Marketing and Management, Westminster College; as well as APICS, AMA, and UVM course work in supply chain, project management, and software development.
