House of affestion for co-worker program is an annual activity of our company to promote the spirit of mutual love, sharing co-worker’s difficulties, bareness of housing. We want to support a part of the cost to build the house to make sure that our employees feel assured to work and develop socio-economic, many houses of affection have given to co-worker over those years.
Launched in 2009, Luong Quoi Coconut Co., Ltd has given nearly 50 houses of affection with a total of nearly 2 billion VND. The average area of each house is 36 m2. After 12 years of implementation, our company has built 1.800 m2 house of affection, helping employees who in bad straitened circumstances to have a new and heavy-duty house, making them feel assured and having more motivation to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty. This program means that much, through the program which resolved for nearly 50 households, helping the workers to be more connected to the community, showing love, warm heart for each other and strengthening the faith and relationship between the employees and the community. Thus our company has resolved the habitation for nearly 200 people.
