She was born and raised in Giong Trom, Ben Tre. She graduated from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City with a bachelor's degree in industrial statistics. Ho Chi Minh City (sine 1979). After graduating, she worked at Coconut Company. However, after a while, she decided to leave her current job position to join her husband Mr. Cu Van Thanh to develop Luong Quoi Coconut Co., ltd. This is considered a new turning point in her career and also contributes to a solid foundation for the company. With more than 30 years of experience in corporate financial management, financial strategic planning year by year, each development period, knowledgeable in many different fields such as law, human resource management, etc. She has made many decisions that contribute to ensuring the company's financial resources are always strong, proactive in resources for new investment items, infrastructure, modern equipment for companies. Besides, she also advises many ideas on domestic production and business as well as exporting products to international markets. From the domestic market, she has sought many ways to bring her coconut products to the continent.
Many large investment projects such as UHT technology line to produce coconut water, natural fresh coconut milk beverage, Coconut oil production line with centrifugal technology, solar power system, the number 1 modern laboratory in the area, all have been deployed. The company has been honored by the Provincial Tax Department and Customs as a typical enterprise that pays taxes in accordance with regulations which many years. With her tireless efforts and natural entrepreneurial spirit, she and her husband realized the dream of bringing high quality Vietnamese coconut products to customers around the world.
Especially besides business, she is the initiator of many charitable activities and social responsibilities to the community such as the Colleague House Program, supporting employees in difficult circumstances, building schools, local roads. These activities have contributed to promoting CSR activities, bringing the company to a new level, building a brand image for sustainable development.
