Mr. Nguyen Truong Thinh is currently the Vice President of Sales of Luong Quoi Coconut Processing Co., Ltd - responsible for managing the company's global business. He is the one who outlines long-term strategies to help the company transform from the initial size of 20 million USD, gradually conquering the revenue of 50 million USD by 2020. He led the sales department to build tools and systems for digital transformation of business operations, applying modern technical achievements in computer science to the stages of sales management, logistics, and operations warehouse. At the same time, with a lot of experience, starting from a major in food technology at An Giang University, he joined the company in 2006. He is the leader of a team of senior quality management engineers at the company, playing an important role in strictly controlling products to consumers to ensure the most rigorous standards. In 2009, he was the project leader of the cleaner production program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on environmental protection and energy saving and assigned Luong Quoi company as a demonstration model. From December 2017 to November 2020, he participated in the development of the project project "Completing Tetra-Pak processing and packaging technology for coconut water products in the Mekong Delta" with a total budget of more than 109 billion VND; in which funding is funded from the National Technology Innovation Fund more than 19 billion dong. Bringing UHT production technology to the coconut industry for the first time in Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Truong Thinh has 15 years of experience in the coconut industry in Vietnam, is considered one of the pioneers in innovation and creativity to bring Vietnamese coconuts into high value-added products. with major countries in the Asia-Pacific region. It can be said that his contributions have contributed to improving the local economy, changing the economic thinking of farmers to no longer depend on foreign traders, keeping the price of raw materials stable, developing a developing raw material areas in Ben Tre.

Since joining the business development team of Luong Quoi Coconut Company, he has participated in many senior leadership training courses organized by PACE business school, participated in learning experiences with experts of PACE. CBI (Center for Promoting Exports from Developing Countries) under the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs aims to help bring Vietnam's coconut industry closer to developed countries in Europe. Under his leadership, he has contributed to the development of the company, Vietnamese coconut products have been present in more than 50 countries and territories, Luong Quoi Coconut Company has become a strategic partner of many corporations selling global retail.
