Mr. Nguyen Bao Tri is currently Vice Chief Production Officer of Luong Quoi Co., Ltd. As the main person in charge of all activities from purchasing raw materials to producing finished products to consumers, he is the one who makes plans, organizes and deploys production, ensures orders are delivered on time. During his time working at the company, he was always at the forefront of proposing initiatives to improve production scale, applying achievements in production and processing to help the company save money tens of billions of dong per year, optimizing costs to improve business efficiency.
In addition, under his management, the staff of the production and operation department always adhere to the set procedures, limit errors, reduce the rate of product and material damage to the lowest level. In the past time, many modern technologies have been applied to production, ensuring scientific and effective management in accordance with the company's practice.
Joining the company from the early days of establishment, he is considered as one of the important personnel contributing to the success of the company today. With more than 17 years of experience in the coconut processing industry in Vietnam, he and the organic team built the first hectare of organic coconut in Ben Tre, contributing to bringing organic coconut products to European standards, the United States closer to consumers in Vietnam.
During his working time, he constantly improved his knowledge by participating in many training courses to improve management ability, apply it in practice and propose new steps for the company such as the training program "Integrated Business Administration" issued by the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and GIBC certify that and “Chief Production Officer – CPO” training program in Ho Chi Minh City certified by PACE institute of management.
His contributions have contributed significantly to the integration and development of Luong Quoi Coconut Co., Ltd, bringing quality coconut products to consumers, contributing to raising the value of Vietnam's coconut trees on the international market.
