Professional qualifications:

• Engineer of Aquatic Products Technology, Nha Trang University, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam. 
• Bachelor of Business Administration, University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.

Experience:

• Joined the company in 2008 as vice production manager, in charge of operating the company's production workshops according to assigned tasks and plans, ensuring on schedule and quality requirements.
• From 2012 to 2014, he was assigned a new task, holding the position of vice general operations department.
• With a background of knowledge and experience during his time at the company, in 2015, he has held the position of vice sales manager, operating the domestic market.
• From 2016 to 2017, he was assigned to hold the position of Manager of Ho Chi Minh City branch, taking on the task of expanding the company's distribution system in Ho Chi Minh and surrounding areas.
• From 2018 to now, he has assigned as Sales Manager, responsible for managing the sales team, designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer according to each development period.
• Besides, he has received intensive training programs on quality management systems such as: IFS ver 7.1, BRC 08, ISO22000, HACCP, GMP.
